Refund policy

We offer a 30-days return policy. We will give you a refund on returned product(s) provided that the return meets the following conditions:

1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging, and the seal must not be tampered with (We are unable to process refund / change of mind if the seal has been tampered and/or opened).
3. accompanied by order receipt and/or email correspondents.
4. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $10 administration fee.
5. express postage on orders are non-refundable once the item has been sent out.

iFunky will process refund within 72 hours upon receiving the product back from you provided the conditions specified above are met.

* Please be advised that any postage costs for returned product/s is to be paid by the sender. These costs must be covered in full by customer.
* The refund will be processed back to customer account, using the same payment method chosen when placing the order e.g. Paypal -> refund back to Paypal, Visa Card -> refund back to Visa card.
